The Mayor Rural Development Foundation (TMRDF) is hosting a free health outreach and youth empowerment seminar in Isoko North, Delta State. Designed to address critical health challenges in our local communities, this event combines youth education with free healthcare services for senior citizens.
Under the theme “Choose Life,” this one-day initiative offers actionable guidance for teenagers and vital medical care for elders across Ellu Kingdom.

Substance abuse and unplanned pregnancies significantly impact youth development across rural communities. This interactive seminar provides teenagers and young adults with practical strategies to protect their mental health, resist peer pressure, and avoid drug abuse.
- Target Audience: Teens, young adults, parents, and youth leaders.
- Core Topics: Mental health awareness, drug abuse prevention, and reproductive health guidance.
2. Free Medical Outreach for Seniors (Ages 55+)
Quality healthcare access is essential for healthy aging. TMRDF is providing basic medical evaluations, health screenings, and consultations specifically tailored for elders in Ellu and surrounding Isoko North communities.
- Eligibility: Senior citizens aged 55 years and above.
